    What are your hours?

    * Last wash is 60 minutes before closing.

    We’re at 1015 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington DE 19805. Parking is available on the street and in the future will be available in the parking lot we are developing next door.

    Yes.


    Is your laundromat safe and monitored?

    Yes. The store is well-lit and monitored by security cameras in public areas for customer safety.


    What if a machine stops mid-cycle or doesn’t work?

    Please notify us right away:

    • During staffed hours: tell an attendant

    • Anytime: email service@wslaundry.com with the machine number and what happened


    Do you offer refunds?

    If a machine malfunctions, we’ll make it right based on the situation (re-run cycle, credit, or refund). Report issues promptly.


    Do you have a lost and found?

    Yes. Items are held for 20 days. After that, unclaimed items may be donated.


    Can I bring children?

    Yes — children must be supervised at all times for safety. There is a small children’s area offering small toy and coloring to keep them occupied.

    Do you offer wash, dry, and fold?

    Yes. Drop off your laundry and we’ll wash, dry, fold, and bag it neatly.


    What is the turnaround time?

    Typical turnaround is 24-48 hours. Rush service may be available.


    Is there a minimum weight?

    Yes — our wash-dry-fold minimum is 15 lb per order.

    Do you separate lights and darks?

    By default, we wash together unless you request separation. Separation is available for $6.50 per extra bag.


    Can you use my detergent?

    Yes — we can use your detergent if you provide it and label it. Otherwise, we use standard commercial detergent.


    Do you handle delicates?

    We can accommodate delicates if they are clearly labeled and bagged, but some delicate items may be wash-at-your-own-risk. For best results, choose “hang dry” items to be returned un-dried.


    What if my laundry has stains?

    We do not guarantee stain removal, but we’ll do our best using standard wash methods. For best results, treat stains before drop-off.


    What items do you NOT accept for wash-dry-fold?

    For safety and equipment protection, we do not accept items with excessive pet hair, oil/grease rags, chemicals, mold, or biohazards.

    Yes — pickup and delivery is available in via Uber integrated within our app.

    Who delivers my laundry?

    Delivery is handled by Uber driver services and orders are tracked with the same.


    What should I do to prepare my laundry for pickup?

    Place laundry in bags, label if needed, and set it at front desk / porch / concierge during your selected pickup window.

    Yes, you can pause or cancel anytime before your renewal date.


    Can I share a subscription with family members?

    Plans may be shared within the same household only.
